Our cooking experience with Sofian and his wonderful family was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Fez! I had a wonderful experience in this traditional cooking class in Fez. The hosts were welcoming and very kind, and they explained each step clearly. A truly magical experience in the heart of Morocco! The kitchen was filled with the most amazing aromas of ginger, turmeric, and preserved lemons. Our teacher was so patient, showing us exactly how to balance sweet and savory flavors in a Lamb and Prune Tagine. We ended the day eating our creation with fresh bread, and it was the best meal of my trip!👍
