プノンペンスパイス料理教室では、伝統的なカンボジア料理を中心とした料理体験ができます。 このクラスでは、参加者が新鮮な地元の食材を使って本格的なクメール料理を作る方法を実践的に学びます。
クラスでは講師が参加者を順を追って指導し、カンボジアの定番料理の数々を作ります。
食の支度をした後、カンボジアの食の豊かな歴史と文化についてのプレゼンテーションに参加できます。 このプレゼンテーションでは、クメール料理を定義する米、魚、さまざまなハーブやスパイスの重要性が、隣人からの影響と並んで紹介され、ゲストが調理する料理の起源を理解することができます。
セッションが終わる頃には、参加者は手作りの複雑ながらも繊細な味を味わいながら、作り上げた食事を楽しんでいます。 カンボジアの食の遺産を深く掘り下げたい食好きの方にぴったりのクラスです。
