Sindi is a welcoming and engaging host. She immediately makes you feel comfortable. Step by step, clear instructions and explanations about the effects of ingredients. The recipes were great; the food delicious. Cannot recommend enough!
Sindi provided a fantastic experience and a real insigit in to Albanian culture and cuisine. The class was informative and professional but still lighthearted and fun and the well equipped classroom enviroment was very comfortable and relaxed as was the wonderful courtyard to enjoy the fruits of our labours, complete with pear and fig trees. I would defintely reccomend and do again when I visit this wonderful country again!
Sindi met is out front of the house and was very welcoming, wonderful and had a great sense of humor! The wine was absolutely amazing (homemade) and the food was exceptional. We’ve done cooking classes in many countries and this was one of our favorites. Sindi was a great host! Highly recommend.
