+96 枚の写真I have recently attended two classes with Anita. Breadmaking and Vegetarian cooking. There is no problem booking solo as Anita makes everyone feel welcome and connected. Such an enjoyable, relaxed day with lunch included. You go away with new ideas, a food package and tips and recipes to make at home. Looking forward to more.

This was my second masterclass with Anita, and it was even better than the first one. I can highly recommend the winter Cooking with Cheese class. Anita is very knowledgeable, friendly, and totally engages with everyone. I have learnt two main things from Anita: cooking isn't as hard as you might think; and, it's perfectly fine to adjust or modify the dish you are making as you go along. Finally, don't just think about doing a class - book it!

We couldn’t attend the Tasting Australia workshop ‘Bread: Everything you knead to know’ taught by Anita from The Foodbuilder. Luckily for us Anita was able to organise and run the same session a week later as a private class just for us (two couples). Anita’s bread making class was an absolutely wonderful experience — informative, hands-on, and so much fun from start to finish. Anita was a great host and was very generous with her time. The experience was excellent, learning to bake bread in different ways and learning the techniques was great. The food was lovely too, and for anyone wanting a getaway from the CBD, it is a great opportunity to do so and enjoy a friendly experience too.
