Authentic cooking at home.
We all loved our cooking class! There were 8 of us. Corina and her husband were so welcoming and patient with us all. (Some of us were having problems with our fingers in making one of the pasta, we couldn't roll correctly). We made 3 pastas (ravioli, Chiusoni/Gnocci and a fettucini) and ate 2 of them (ravioli and Chiusoni), and also made a Tira Misu. The ravioli was AMAZING! We loved this experience! Corrina and her husband were lovely hosts and she was a great teacher. The group experience was nice too. Great food wine company and learning in an authentic home.

Authentic Sardinian Home Cooked Meal
What a wonderful experience! The chef and her assistant (her husband) were lovely. We learned so much and it was delicious. We cannot wait to try these recipes at home.
The Google maps address gave us the house is #7, but the house is #4!

A wonderful taste of Sardinia!
This was one of the best cooking classes we have ever experienced and we have experienced many across the world! Corrine and Simone were unbelievable hosts and fantastic instructors. All 8 of us were hands on chefs, learning, molding, and experiencing the world of Sardinian cooking! We made fresh ravioli, Sardinian- style gnocchi, and delicious tiramisu!
