アラブ、ベルベル、ユダヤ、アフリカ、フランスの伝統を取り入れたモロッコのベルベル料理は、広く認知されており、健康的な食事を提供します。モロッコは、一年中素晴らしい気候とスマートな灌漑により、地元産の生鮮食品が豊富にある国です。想像力豊かなスパイス、ハーブ、オイルと一緒に使用すると、タジン、クスクス、サラダ、フラットブレッドなど、さまざまなおいしい食事が生まれます。
本物のベルベル人家族によるハイアトラス山脈でのプライベートクッキングクラスでは、ウィークリーベルベルマーケットでの食材の購入から、美しい山の風景の中で作った料理の試食まで、最初から最後まで楽しみながら郷土料理を体験できます。そして青々とした谷。
私たちは彼らの家で本物のベルベル人家族に加わります。ベルベル料理教室は、家族の祖母であるマリカによって運営されています。マリカは経験豊富な料理人であり、その企業秘密は何世代にもわたって家族に受け継がれています。英語を話すドライバー/ガイドが翻訳を行います。
