This Cooking class was very good. Very personal and intimate. I love that we went to a local market to buy ingredients. And how we could involve what to try eat.

Awesome class, lots of information. Jolie is extremely nice, very good english spoken. Little class of 4. Great, great experience. We are very glad we did it.

재밌는 경험
베트남 음식을 경험할수 있어서 좋았다 언제 어디가서 가정집음식을 먹어볼수 있을까? 그 경험을 여기서 한거 같다. 6시간이 조금 길어서 루즈한 타임도 있는 것 같다.
그러다보니 집중력이 흐려졌다.

morning cooking class
Très belle journée passée à cuisiner des plats typiquement vietnamien, très bonne organisation qui rend les choses très simples et agréables, l'accueil et le cour sont vraiment très bien, je recommande jolie cooking class à tous ceux qui veulent apprendre et ensuite déguster des bons petits plats vietnamiens, merci encore, c'était vraiment top !

What a lesson in fantastic cooking
We had a wonderful day of learning how to cook traditional meals. Rosie & Bamboo were just fantastic we went to the market to buy the food then went back and showed us how easy it was for some. Colin & I learnt a lot well done ladies
