この体験が本当に特別なのは、伝統が今も息づく本物のベルベル人の家族の家で暖かく迎えられることです。レシピを学ぶだけでなく、ベルベル人の生活を 1 日体験します。一緒に庭で採れた新鮮な食材を使って料理し、粘土オーブンでパンを焼き、伝統的なモロッコのタジンを準備します。 また、300 年前のベルベル人の家を訪問して過去へタイムスリップし、私の祖先や山間の村の生活についての物語をお話しします。これは観光ショーではなく、平和なベルベル人の村で文化、食べ物、友情を分かち合う率直な個人的な瞬間です。
