「アルマ」はスペイン語で魂を意味する言葉で、本格的なメキシコ料理の始まりです。 Josefina (または Josefina の息子である Jeronimo) と一緒に、自宅のキッチンで 3 時間の実践的な少人数グループの料理教室 (6 人の生徒に限定) に参加してください。 Josefina の個人的な家族のレシピを通して、メキシコ料理を発見し、味わいましょう。この料理体験中には、コスメルのローカル マーケットも訪れることができます。地元の市場のベンダーと交流し、食材を家に持ち帰って、シエスタに間に合うようにバランスの取れたメキシコ料理を作ることで、メキシコの文化的知識を深めましょう!
