まずはナポリのコーヒー、スフォリアテッラ、ババで歴史的な中心部を散策してから、リモンチェッロ、季節の屋台料理、そしてもちろんピザなど複数の形態の伝統的な食品店へ飛び込みます。 そこからは、古い市壁を越えて、訪問者がめったに探索しない活気ある市場界隈へ移動します。
途中、タラ塩専用のバッカレーリアに立ち寄り、ミネラル豊富なヴェスヴィオの水を味わった後、家族経営のベーカリーを訪れ、ナポリのカポナータにフレゼル、モッツァレラ、ピエノロトマトを添えます。 一日を通して、ナポリの食の伝統を守り続けるパン職人、ベンダー、ショップキーパー、職人とお会いします。
