Interesting history of Australian wine and the Wine Centre. Fernando was friendly and very knowledgeable. The wine and canape tasting was yum and fun. Good to experience local Indigenous winery and locally grown and prepared food. 1.5 hrs was about right. No pressure to hurry.
Our very friendly sommelier host, Maria, was excellent and the canapes pairing was very good. An experience to be recommended and a place to be visited even if you don't do one of the tours - the restaurant is nice and the wine pouring machines are a fine innovation - roughly 100 wines on tap - choose your size of serving - taste, sample or glass
