Alex was very informative and the coffee was excellent. I would recommend the tour to everyone who loves coffee. This was a small intimate tour at one central location.
This entire experience was amazing and very intimate. My partner and I learned so much about Mexican coffee from Alex and had a great time roasting and preparing our own coffee. Alex clearly loves what he does and it shows in the work he puts in but also his customer service. I felt wrapped in the Mexican culture. Along with the coffee class he also offers a tortilla making class, which everyone should try. Go see Alex and have a great time !
Alex was amazing!! He not only taught us how to roast coffee but walked us through the flavor notes and brewing as well. He also gave us additional advice for our time in Cancun. He was super friendly and hospitable. 10/10 would recommend.
Alex is a great host and instructor! We learned a bit of coffee history in Mexico and then Alex guided us through a hands-on experience of roasting coffee and grinding it in a lava stone grinder. The coffee we made was delicious and the experience was one-of-a-kind. I highly recommend this tour.
