私たちはバルポリチェッラの中心にあるワイナリーのブティックであり、バルポリチェッラとアマローネのワインに対する情熱をお客様と共有するための活動を企画しています（仲介業者やツアーオペレーターなしで直接提供しています）。
まず、ブドウ園を散歩して、ワイナリーとエステートの家族の歴史を話します。アパシメントと呼ばれるプロセスである伝統的な乾燥室でアマローネのブドウを乾燥させる方法を学びます。ワイン造りと洗練に使用される17世紀の田舎の家とセラーを訪れます。最後に、バルポリチェッラ、リパッソ、そして素晴らしいアマローネの厳選されたワインを試飲し、視覚、匂い、味でそれらを評価する方法を学びました。
また、オーガニックのエクストラバージンオリーブオイル、モンテベロネーゼ、ソップレッサバルポリチェッラ（サラミの一種）と呼ばれる地元のチーズもお楽しみいただけます。
