オーガニック・トルティレリアで1日をスタートし、トルティーヤを一から作る過程を眺め、ニシュタマリゼーションの過程や、メキシコの文化にメイズがいかに深く根付いているかを学びます。 魅力的なコンデサやローマ周辺を散策しながら、メキシコ各地の本場タコスを幅広く発見し、味わい、その歴史を学んでいきます。 メキシコ料理で定番の食材について学ぶローカルマーケットも探ります。
