アリカンテの食文化の中心に足を踏み入れる、温かい料理体験です。 本物の働くレストランのキッチンで、伝統的なタパス5つとデザートを用意します。ステージセットではなく、地元の人々が食事に来る賑やかな空間です。
地元のシェフとフレンドリーなホストの案内で、新鮮で質の高い食材を使いながら、さまざまな調理技術を学び、それぞれの料理の背景にあるストーリーや伝統を発見します。
体験は、本物の体験型料理とスペイン語の伝統であるタパスのシェアを組み合わせたもの。 同じテーブルを囲む前に一緒に料理を作り、飲み物、会話、リラックスした地元の雰囲気とともに、用意されたすべてのものを楽しみます。
食事の最後には、スペイン語のソロギタリストが数曲を披露し、地中海の魂を簡潔に体験の最後に追加します。 テーブルを囲んでシェアする本格的な料理は、本物のアリカンテを感じるセッティング。
