リヨンの地元の食通、アンナと一緒に、歴史ある旧市街をグルメと文化の散歩に出かけませんか。
これは大企業のツアーではありません。 この街を毎日実際に食べ、生き、呼吸している誰かに導かれた、小さな、本物の体験です。
2時間半のこの体験では、50%の料理と50%の歴史をミックスしながら、隠れたトラボールを散策し、料理の起源の話を聞いたり、リヨンを代表する名物料理を味わったりします。
まずは、大好きな家族経営のデリで、シャルキュトリーとチーズを地元のワインとペアリング。 その後、温かいプラリネ・ブリオッシュ（町一番）を味わい、伝統的なブションでボリュームたっぷりの典型的な料理を楽しんだ後、街のシルク遺産にインスパイアされた有名なクッサン・ド・リヨンで締めくくります。
旅の途中で、私の個人的な逸話、地元のヒント、そして大きな代理店のツアーでは聞かないような小さな珠玉のすべてをお伝えします。
