食べることが大好きな地元民として、私たちはエディンバラが伝統的な料理だけでなく、料理の面で非常に多様性に富んでいることを知りました。それを皆さんに紹介したいのです！
私（ウィリアム）が皆さんをお迎えします。地元の家族経営のビジネスをサポートしながら、食品業界の隠れた名店を紹介することで、エディンバラでの食事に対する私の情熱を共有したいと思っています。
私たちは、それぞれの場所の歴史と伝統を念頭に置きながら、個人的なお気に入りに基づいて各料理を厳選しました。私たちはこの 1 年間、ツアーの調査、お気に入りの場所への訪問、オーナーとそのストーリーの理解に努めてきました。
エディンバラには、人々が知らない隠れた名店がたくさんあり、スコットランドでは食べられないような料理も含まれています。
このツアーでは、観光客が集まる場所から離れ、その日に市内で入手できるものに基づいて場所と料理が変わります。
