この料理教室「ファーム・トゥ・テーブル」は実践的な体験です。季節に応じて、私たちは農場で入手可能なものを集めます。
私たちが所有する植物や木をすべて見せて説明します。
コスタリカの古い文化と料理技術について学びます。
お料理は薪火を使ったオープンキッチンで調理させていただきます。
昼食

まずは有機農場を少し歩き、いくつかの材料を集めます。 （すべて季節により異なります）屋外キッチンに搬入し、調理を開始いたします。一つ一つ丁寧にご説明させていただきますので、ご質問等ございましたらお受けいたします。最後に、食べ物をテーブルに運び、おいしいランチまたはディナーをお楽しみください。

An immersive experience
A super beautiful experience! The cooking class was really interesting and informative. Everything is 100% organic, with vegetarian options and great attention paid to food allergies. A huge thank you to chef Melania, who is simply incredible! She is funny, passionate, and makes the experience even more enjoyable. I recommend it without hesitation! 🌿👩🍳
