この楽しい料理教室の活動中に、その料理を通してベトナムの文化についてもっと学びましょう。キッチンに入る前に、ホイアンの生鮮食品市場を見て、使用する食材を選びます。その後、Tra Que Organic Farm に来て、本物の農家になり、地元の農家から農業技術を学びましょう。新しい料理のテクニックを学びながら、2 時間の料理教室をお楽しみください。その後、作ったものを食べて楽しんでください。
パパイヤサラダ、春巻き、ベトナム風パンケーキ、土鍋魚などをご用意。
午前または午後のツアーからお選びください。
プライベートクラスで個別指導を受けられます。
後で自宅で使用できる新しいレシピを発見してください。
