fezにあるモロッコの伝統的なレストランで食事をするとモロッコ料理を体験することができますが、このモロッコ料理ワークショップpalais bab sahraでは、伝統的な料理の作り方を教えてくれるので、何度でも食べることができます。 モロッコの料理人の指示に従いながら、パーソナルワークステーションを使用して新鮮な地元の食材を使用した食事を準備します。 その後、作ったものを試食します。モロッコの伝統的な料理人が地元の食材を使った料理の作り方を教えます。バブ・サーラ料理教室では、プライバシーに配慮した個別のワークステーションを提供しています。モロッコの料理ワークショップでは、試食の後体験が含まれます。料理教室の受講期間をオプションから選択できます。

Perfect in orde! Leuke ervaring en de kok is zeer vriendelijk. We gebruikten verse producten en leerde naast de tajine ook Marokkaanse thee maken.

Must do!
This was our favorite cooking lesson ever! We had a private lesson for my husband and myself. Chef Eles was so patient with us! Chef Eles has cooked in 11 different countries and is going to be featured on a French cooking show in July. This is a “Must Do” in Fes! We had an amazing experience, thank you Chef Eles!

Had an incredible cooking experience with Chef Fatima and her son at Palais Bab Sahra. They let us choose our dishes from their menu, then guided us through the local markets to select fresh ingredients. We made tajine and couscous under their expert guidance – both turned out delicious! What sets this class apart is the warm, family atmosphere. Authentic Moroccan cooking experience
