シラー/シラーズ、メルロー、カベルネ ソーヴィニヨン、カベルネ フラン、サンジョヴェーゼ、ピノ ノワールなどの古典的な赤品種を味わってください。ホークスベイのワイン生産者は、シャルドネ、ソーヴィニヨン、ピノ グリ、ヴィオニエなどの白品種でも有名です。セミヨンとリースリングは通常、高貴なデザートワインに使用されます。空き状況に応じて、シェリー酒、ポートワイン、さらにはデザート用の赤 1 杯または 2 杯を味わうこともできます。
