本物のルクソールファミリーキッチンに足を踏み入れ、エジプト人が家庭でどのように料理をしているのかを学びましょう。 新鮮な食材の買い物をしたり、ヨルダン川西岸の工房でスパイスをブレンドしたり、コシャリやコフタ、フェティエなどの料理を一緒に作ったり。 レストランのデモンストレーションではなく、家族の一員のように感じられるようにデザインされた、親密で実践的な料理体験です。 レシピや思い出、新しい友達など、お腹を空かせて出かけましょう。
コシャリやフェティールメシャルテトなどの美味しい料理から伝統的なスイーツまで、エナス夫妻の案内で、古代料理の伝統の秘密や技を伝授してもらいながら、これらの料理を自分で作る楽しみを準備しましょう
