このフードツアーは実際のガイド付きツアーです。ただし、訪問中に何度かアメリカ料理を味わうことができます。
目的は、6つの異なるレストランで6つの料理（4つのおいしい料理と2つの甘い料理）を紹介すると同時に、イーストビレッジのこの非定型で歴史的な地区を紹介することです。 1950年代の工業および労働者階級の地区、その後1970年代および1980年代に強引で危険な地区は、現在、レストラン、ナイトバー、タトゥーショップ、音楽、クラフトショップを組み合わせたオリジナルの場所を提供しています...
