私たちのコースでは、文字通り実際に手を動かす機会があります。基本的なパイ生地から複雑な形まで、さまざまな種類の生パスタを作るための伝統的なテクニックを学びました。
高品質の食材のみを使用しているため、より健康的でおいしい料理を作ることができます。
