一日中、道沿いにある色とブドウ畑に満ちた飲み旅を楽しみながら、古典的なリオハ ワインから新しいトレンドまで、リオハのテロワールについて学びましょう。
この経験がユニークなのは、私たちが「テロワール」、つまり自分の仕事に情熱を持って取り組む謙虚な勤勉な人々との出会いを重視しているからです。中世のセラーのある素朴なワイナリーから、新しくて洗練されたワイナリーまで、非常に小さなワイナリーを訪問します。
ワインバーのウェイターだけを訪れるのではなく、地元の人々、栽培者やワインメーカーに会い、仕事のあらゆる瞬間を楽しむ情熱と魔法を裏付ける彼らの目の輝きを見るでしょう。
