私はグラスゴー生まれのシェフで、この素晴らしいが過小評価されている街のフードツアーをリードしています。 スコットランド初のミシュラン2つ星レストランで調理し、スタンダップコメディで脚光を浴びた、街でも屈指のダイニングスポットで働いたシェフです。 グラスゴーでもスコットランド料理でも、注目に値するほどの注目は浴びていません。私は、この街とユニークな料理の別の側面を見せることを目指しています。 私のツアーは、食べ物を出発点にしていますが、食べることだけが目的ではありません。 グラスゴーの歴史や大英帝国における役割、街の荒廃した文化について語り、グラスゴーのスラングも学びます。 長年カンボジアでフードツアーをリードし、大好きな街を訪問者と分かち合いながら故郷に帰ってこられたことを嬉しく思います。
