•伝統的なマデイラン家の家庭に足を踏み入れ、島の象徴的なパンであるボロ・ド・カーコを楽しく、実践的な体験で作ることを学びます。
• 40年以上の専門知識を持つ熟練のパン職人に導かれ、薪窯で熱した石の上でパンをこね、形を整え、調理します。
• ガーリックバター、ポルトガルチーズ、シュリソーなどの地元のお菓子を、親密な少人数の雰囲気の中で焼きたてのパンに堪能してください。
• これは料理教室以上のもので、我が家で友達のように感じ、マデイラの伝統の本格的な味を楽しむチャンスです。
