Cooking with Raffaella in Umbria was one of the best things we did in Italy. Wonderful morning in a beautiful farmhouse. Our instructure Rafaella was very attentive, professional and provided informative tips and instructions. The food we prepared was delicious!! We came a group of 4: two adults and two teenagers, and we all had a very pleasant and unique experience.

We enjoyed the cooking class very much. Rafaella explained the recepies and also told a lot about Umbrian cuisine in general. Afterwards we had a wonderfull home-cooked lunch in the garden! We would recommend this course to anyone!

The experience was wonderful. It was everything we expected and more. Raffaella is a great host, her home is inviting. Her passion for cooking as well as sharing that knowledge and including her guests in every step was appreciated. Highly recommended

The cooking class wonderful. Loved the setting in Raffaella’s kitchen and prep room. She was a great host and teacher. We made a chocolate pear cake, eggplant parmigiana, homemade tagliatelle (without a machine), asparagus and sausage sauce for the pasta, and pork tenderloin with grapes, garlic and juniper berries. Her mother-in-laws homemade red wine. Made for a fun time and a great meal. I would recommend to anyone.
