great foodie experience
michaela was awesome. we learned how to make fettucine and ravioli, and a kind if gelato. we actually made the dough and then made, rolled, formed the pasta. unfortunately we didnt get to really make the sauce, but we learned how to make it, the proper recipe, ingredients and process.

The pasta turned out soooo amazing. The chef’s were so kind and helpful. Super fun experience :)) Max the chef looks like Jake Johnson from New Girl.😂

Fun and delicious!
One of the best meals we ate in Rome was the one we prepared with Davide at InRome Cooking. This class was a really fun way to spend an afternoon. We wandered around the Campo di Fiori for a bit buying ingredients for our gnocchi and parmigiana and then headed back to InRome Cooking where everything was ready for us to get started.
