サンセットタウンのコーヒーワークショップでは、参加者はベトナムのコーヒー文化の豊かな伝統に深く入り込みます。 体験は、ロバストからアラビカまで、ベトナムのコーヒー豆の起源とユニークな特徴、そして地域の伝統における役割の紹介から始まります。 その後、伝統的な*フィン*フィルター、クリーミーで贅沢なエッグコーヒーの作成、ラテアートの実験など、象徴的な抽出方法を学び、練習します。
熟練のインストラクターの指導のもと、参加者は様々なコーヒースタイルを味わい、フレーバープロファイルを理解し、抽出技術に磨きをかけることができます。 最後には、自分だけのコーヒークリエーションを作って楽しみ、コーヒー愛好家にとっても、単にこの愛飲飲料に好奇心を持つ人にとっても、思い出に残る体験となるでしょう。
