経験の詳細
調理時間は9:00～12:00または15:00～19:00です。
シェフが旧市街またはホアン キエム地区のホテルまでお迎えに上がります。その後、地元の市場まで歩き始めます。すべての食材や地元の食材をご覧いただけます。
買い物を終えたら、家に戻り、シェフの指示の下、最初から最後まで自分たちで準備して調理します。マリネとスパイスの作り方を学ぶことが最も重要なレッスンになります。
フレンドリーなホストと一緒に食事を楽しみ、料理教室を終了します。

It was a lovely experience going to a market to buy the food and then we walked to the tour guide’s house to cook a delicious meal.
