時代を超越した地区ロカンタの特選料理から始まり、漬物屋やその他の職人を訪ねます。この地区の雰囲気のある脇道を曲がりくねって進むと、極北東部から黒人まで、全国各地の名物料理が並びます。
海から南東部ハタイの独特の料理まで。屋台の魚屋やグリルレストランで試食をする合間に、にぎやかな魚市場の中にある隠れたアルメニア教会を訪れ、最後に市内で最高のトルココーヒーを楽しみます。
日や散歩の内容に応じて、イスタンブールのこのグルメツアーの途中で、他にもいくつかの驚きの料理が登場します。それらはすべて、おそらく街で最も象徴的な地区の魅力的な物語を物語っています。
