サンピエール広場でスペシャルティコーヒーとビーントゥバーチョコレートを飲みながら、ボルドーの主要な貿易港としての歴史が食文化に与えた影響について学びましょう。 道中では、フランス語、ペストリー、地域の特産品、伝統的な製法など、さまざまなストーリーが楽しめます。
ボルドーを代表する食品市場である活気あるマルシェ・デ・カプサンで、厳選されたチーズやシャルキュトリーを味わい、品質の高い製品を認識する方法を学びます。
