Great wine tasting experience!
I can highly recommend to book this wine tasting. We were a group of friends who visited Lucca and it was an experience we will always remember. Francesco guided us through the process of wine making and told us about their family traditions (they have a local bio wine business). This is a family...
This is a family business. We arrived and met Francesco and his Dad, who was pressing grapes from the harvest. Unlike large and corporate businesses, most tasks are competed manually and Fransceso explained how they maximise the limited space to get the most out of grapes. The tasting was very relaxed, each wine paired with food to bring out the appropriate flavours. The tasting room houses each of the different wines made and sold and is very much used as part of the process.

Mooie rondleiding over (h)eerlijke wijngaarden
Een mooie ervaring! Vriendelijk te woord gestaan door de zoon van de eigenaar. Hij sprak goed Engels. Hij liet ons het hele proces zien, van de wijngaard tot het product uit de wijnfles. Mooie wijnen met fijne versnaperingen bracht dit tot een middag die we niet snel zullen vergeten.

Het was een hele leuke proeverij, mooie omgeving, heerlijk wijnen en een charismatische gastheer die heel goed Engels spreekt.

Wir waren im Rahmen unserer Flitterwochen bei Francesco und hatten die Ehre einen Abend mit ihm zu verbringen. Wir waren begeistert vom Herzblut und der Tradition die in seinem Familienbetrieb steckt. Er gibt sich sehr viel Mühe alle Fragen die man ihm stellt zu beantworten, nimmt sich sehr viel Zeit für seine Besucher und ist sehr Seriös.
