Nice cruise up the river, with a very good hot lunch at the pub. Inside of the boat was a little stuffy on a 36 degree day, even with the air con. Up top it was quite hot on the outward voyage, but a nice breeze coming back. They thoughtfully provided t0 factor sun screen.
Relaxing and informative 2 hour sight seeing cruise of Hunter River and Newcastle Port. Commentary was clear and concise from both indoors and on top deck. Saw up close huge coal carriers, tugs, pilots and David Allan dredging vessel, Stockton and Carrington Marina. Complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits was appreciated.
