ジュデッカ島にある居心地の良いローザの家で、ベネチア料理の真髄を味わってください。
プロセッコのグラス一杯と温かい歓迎で始まり、その後エプロンを着けて熟練の料理人、ローザの指示に従います。
スパゲッティやラビオリなどの新鮮なパスタの作り方を学び、彼女のオリジナル料理「ローザのレインボー」であなたの味覚を喜ばせましょう。
各参加者が個人の瓶に用意するトレヴィーゾ ティラミスは見逃せません。
