生パスタ作りのクラスから始まり、人気のリアルトマーケットから仕入れた食材を使って伝統的な技術を学ぶ素晴らしい夜をお楽しみください。 クラスに続いて、スパークリングワインから地元で水揚げされたスズキまで、本格的なヴェネツィア料理の素晴らしい味わいを熟練の地元シェフが調理する楽しい3コースディナーが提供されます。 ホストのロレンツォが、イタリア語の最も美しい都市のひとつで暮らす魔法の人生について、さまざまなエピソードを披露しているので、食事をしながら嫉妬を感じないようにしてみてください。
