専門のソムリエが率いるこの実践クラスで、伝統的なトスカーナワインの秘密を解き明かしましょう。トスカーナのワイン産地の歴史を学び、重要なブドウについての洞察を得てから、その地域が世界中のブドウ畑で愛されている理由を証明する6本のワインを試しながら、新しい知識を試してみてください。
9人以下のグループで、ワインの世界へのパーソナライズされた旅に乗り出し、13世紀まで遡ります。キャンティの起源、この地域で最も国際的に有名なワイン、そしてその名前を保持するために守らなければならない厳格なルールについて学びましょう。
辛口でさわやかなヴェルナッチャの白ワインから始めてから、より大胆な赤に移ります。渦巻き、スニッフィング、一口フローラルキャンティ、ジャミーモンテプルチャーノ、有名なブルネッロディモンタルチーノ、スーパートスカーナレッド。伝統的なキャンティを現代風にアレンジ。途中で、ホストはこれらのワインのそれぞれを食べ物と組み合わせるためのヒントを共有し、クラスの終わりまでにプロのようにワインを飲むことができるようにします。
