カラフルで混沌としたマーセドマーケットは、毎日何千人もの買い物客にサービスを提供しています。 このツアーでは、お気に入りの屋台を訪れ、有能なマーケットベンダーと出会い、マーケットの歴史を学びます。 ラ・メルセドがメキシコの他のどことも違う理由を知ることができます。
市場の活気あるバンコン、または惣菜エリアをワインで巡り、タコス、アグアスフレスカ、タマレスなどを味わいます。 その後、巨大な果物や野菜の建物を散策し、バッタやアガサミミズなど、先史時代の食材について学びます。 少し休憩した後、市場を出てラ・メルセド界隈に戻り、爽やかなドリンクと美しいレストランでの軽食でツアーを締めくくります。
