ケラミコスは、古代の歴史、労働者階級の伝統、そして新しい創造的エネルギーが出会うアテネで最も魅力的な地域の一つです。 市日には、その通りは特に活気に満ち、多くの出店者や買い物客、季節の味覚で賑わう。
まずはコーヒーと新鮮なペストリーをいただき、ブーガッツァを提供する古いベーカリーやクレタ料理専門の小さなキッチンなど、ご近所で長年愛されているお店を訪れます。 また、職人のギリシャ製品、野生のタイムハニーを使ったヤギのミルクヨーグルト、伝統的なメーズ（蜂蜜）を使った独創的なテイクなどを展示する新しいスポットにも立ち寄ります。
途中、週替わりのオープンエアマーケットを探索し、季節の農産物を味わいながら、ギリシャ料理がどのように形づくられているかを学びます。 また、文化空間に変貌したかつての産業ランドマークを訪れ、現代のケラミコスと古代の陶器作りの過去をつなぐ作業陶磁器ワークショップを通過します。

Constantine was a wealth of knowledge of the neighborhood, the culture and the food. We enjoyed the conversation and all of the bites of food, which were plentiful. Highly recommend this tour.
