このワークショップでは、現代のアイシングビスケット/クッキークラスよりも小さいサイズのビスケットのデコレーションに取り組みます。
これらはより精密さを必要とするため、ロイヤルアイシングテクニックを完璧に仕上げる裏にある科学の一部を学ぶことになります。 ロイヤルアイシングに関する深い知識と鑑賞は、このワークショップの終わりまでに身につけることができます。
