経験の詳細
ジャングルキッチンの料理教室では、手作りの道具や昔ながらの技法で料理を作り、調理していた時代を思い出すことができます。
漁師村から数分のところにあるが、学校の舞台は海岸周辺の賑やかな街並みから離れた世界。
ゲストは、自然の音とパンガン島のパノラマの景色を眺めながら、長さ8メートルのクッキングステーションで調理します。 伝統的な調理法の知識を生かし、50年以上前にタイの台所で広く使われていたものと同じ道具や技術を使うことを授業の信条としている。
食事会のような雰囲気の庭で、最後に夕食をとります。
