デモ授業ではなく、食材を一から用意する体験授業です。 専用の調理台と調理器具、新鮮な地元の食材が揃っています。 だから、愛する家族や友人のために、健康的なキムチ作りを繰り返すことができます。
キムチを味見し、残りのキムチ（1kg以上）はプラスチック容器に入れて持ち帰る。 クラスにも用意されているコンテナ。
