経験の詳細
エデンチョコレートツアーでは、1時間45分のツアーが行われます。最初の部分はカカオのオーガニック農園で開催され、訪問者はカカオの花、カカオの木、カカオ豆の発酵と天日乾燥プロセスを見ることができます。
2番目の部分は牧場内にあり、訪問者はカカオ豆を焙煎して挽くことができます。また、チョコレートのコンチングと精製プロセス。
最後に、訪問者は自分のチョコレートボンボンを作ることができます。
