My wife and I had a lovely day with Laura and her driver. My wife is not a fan of meat processing, so we asked to skip the prosciuttificio. Laura was happy to oblige and took us to a lovely winery instead (we are sipping their Fina a Sera Lambrusco as I type this). Everything about the experience was anmazing and everything went smoothly. Laura is an excellent communicator before, during, and even after the tour. We called this tour operator on our way to Parma on a Sunday afternoon, and she was amazing. She quickly arranged a private tour for us with a wonderful guide, Filippo. He took us to a private home, where we learned all about traditional balsamic vinegar directly from the owner. He also arranged for a cheese factory to open especially for us so we could see the cheesemaking process firsthand. I loved the whole tour and Filippo was really great. I enjoyed the pamaggiano reggiano factory, balsamic vinegar house, and Parma ham factory. The lunch at the end was the icing on the cake. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to experience these things
