Absolutely superior. Pilar was absolutely passionate about providing both amazing proper paella, and authentic Spanish hospitality. We could not have been more pleased with this experience.
Paloma’s experience was amazing. She made us feel very welcome and is very passionate about what she does. She did an excellent job at explaining the history behind paella and the festivals. She was a great teacher!! I highly recommend this experience.
We had a great experience in Paloma’s class! We made delicious food and thoroughly cooking and chatting with the host. Paloma is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the history and culture surrounding paella. Highly recommend if you’re in Madrid.
No visit to Madrid is complete without a paella class where you learn so much..especially Paloma’s!!
