息をのむような景色を眺めながら、有名で伝統的なキアンティの丘の中心にいます。 私たちはフィレンツェ、ファットリアラヴァッキオからわずか18キロ、全体の財産で有機農業とバイオダイナミック農業を実践しています。
レオナルド・ダ・ヴィンチが設計し、エステートの小麦粉を生産するために改装されたユニークな風車と、2世紀前に蘇る独特の感覚をご覧ください。
ツアーには、オリーブ畑の散歩、トスカーナのオリーブオイルの伝統のちょっとした紹介、風車のガイドツアー、風車の歴史的背景、リフォーム、仕組みの技術的な説明が含まれています。 締めくくりに、オリーブオイルテイスティングのコースがあり、良いエクストラバージンオリーブオイルの特徴を学びます。
