歴史、伝統、本場の味が融合したウォーキングツアーと料理教室で、リヴォルノの豊かな文化と美食に浸りましょう。 リヴォルノの賑やかな通りをガイド付きで散策し、歴史のある市場や地元の食品店に立ち寄り、新鮮な食材やトスカーナの名物料理を発見しながら、街のユニークな料理遺産について学びましょう。
1時間の探索の後、地元のホームキッチンへ向かい、体験型料理教室に参加します。 新鮮で高品質なトスカーナの食材を使い、カチュッコ（伝統的なシーフードシチュー）やトリッリエ・アッラ・リヴォルネーゼ（トマトソースの赤いボラ）など、リヴォルネーゼの定番料理を作り、リヴォルノの海岸料理を決定づける技術をマスターします。
調理が済んだら、本格的なリヴォルネーゼの邸宅の温かみのある雰囲気に浸りながら、トスカーナの上質なワインを片手に、自家製の料理をゆっくりとお楽しみください。
