パリの中心部、賑やかなストラスブール・サン＝ドニ地区の中心にあるパリのアパートメントで行われるこのコースは、本格的な地元パリの美食を満喫する旅へのご招待です。 情熱的な若手シェフ、フロールの指導のもと、自分だけのマカロンを作りながら、この象徴的なフランスのペストリーの歴史と技術を学びます。
5種類のフレーバーの中から2種類を事前にお選びいただけます！
コースはフランス語、英語、スペイン語で受講できます :)
