まずはスペインの味から──家と同じようにその場で作る爽やかなサングリア。 もちろん、おいしいスペインワインもあります。
次は腕まくりをして、スペイン伝統のトルティーヤを調理し、いよいよショーの主役、伝統のパエリア・バレンシアーナへ。
誇り高きバレンシア人として、祖母が教えてくれたヒントやストーリー、ちょっとした秘密など、あなたも自宅で本格的なパエリアが作れるように、順を追ってガイドします。
一緒に作った料理をテーブルを囲みながら、素晴らしい会話と笑い、そして最後においしいコーヒーを飲みながら楽しみましょう。
